Changing property manager during a tenancy does not usually require a change to the existing tenancy agreement. Locara coordinates the handover with the outgoing manager and provides the tenant with updated management and payment details where required.
If records or handover items are incomplete, Locara follows up directly with the outgoing manager and lets you know what remains outstanding.
Locara offers a 90-day commitment in writing before you sign anything.
