Locara is led by its Principal, Liza Southern, a senior property manager with over two decades of experience leading property management agencies on the Sunshine Coast.
Before Locara, Liza ran her own property management business for more than 15 years, later operating as Ceres Realty, always specialising in property management.
Liza works with all types of property investors, from first-time buyers to developers and portfolio owners.
Liza's style is hands-on and practical. Owners know that with Liza, they can expect steady updates, honest feedback, and practical support at every step.
